Beaux Villages Immobilier is recruiting for a highly customer-focused Sales Support Coordinator to join our estate agency in the heart of Carcassonne. This key role will provide essential support to our successful sales teams operating across our Carcassonne and Limoux agencies.
Working front-of-house, your key activities will include welcoming and assisting clients who visit the agency and supporting our central enquiries team by progressing local enquiries on behalf of the sales team.
In addition, you will be responsible for updating and maintaining property files and sales figures, communicating with support teams around the business, managing our social media activity and handling telephone and inbox traffic.
Your profile:
With at least 12 months work experience in a similar supporting role, you will possess the following, essential skills and abilities:
- Bilingual French & English (read, written and spoken)
- Computer literacy with accurate keyboard skills
- Familiarity with digital platforms and social media
- An eye for detail with excellent organisational skills
- An ability to adapt to a changing workload
- A confident manner whilst dealing with a wide range of people
- A strong team ethic, a sense of responsibility and a great sense of humour!
